اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی گروهی بر تمایزیافتگی و بلوغ عاطفی در زنان دارای تعارض زناشویی

چکیده
 پژوهش حاضر با هدف اصلی بررسی اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی گروهی بر تمایزیافتگی و بلوغ عاطفی در زنان دارای تعارض زناشویی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر روش، نیمهآزمایشی )پیش آزمون، پس آزمون با گروه کنترل( بود .جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره مهرآذین شهر تهران در سال 1402 بود. با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس 28 نفر از میان جامعه آماری مذکور انتخاب شد و به صورت تصادفی 14 نفر در گروه کنترل و 14 نفر در گروه آزمایش قرار داده شد. سپس با استفاده از پرسشنامه تمایز یافتگی خود و مقیاس بلوغ عاطفی از افراد نمونه پیشآزمون گرفته شد. سپس مداخله طرحواره درمانی گروهی بر گروه آزمایش صورت گرفت. پس از آن پسآزمون اجرا شد و نتایج مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش، از آمار توصیفی شامل میانگین، انحراف استاندارد، فراوانی، درصد و غیره برای گزارش توصیفی نتایج پژوهش استفاده شد و در قسمت آمار استنباطی از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس برای تحلیل دادهها به وسیله نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد .نتایج حاکی از آن بود که طرحواره درمانی گروهی بر تمایز یافتگی و بلوغ عاطفی اثر معناداری دارد. مبنی بر اینکه میانگین تمایز یافتگی در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل بیشتر شده است در حالی که میانگین عدم ثبات بلوغ عاطفی در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش یافته است

چکیده English

The present study was conducted with the main aim of investigating the effectiveness of group schema therapy on differentiation and emotional maturity in women with marital conflict. The current study was applied in terms of its purpose and semi-experimental in terms of its method (pre-test, post-test with a control group). The statistical population of this study included all women who referred to Mehr Azin Counseling Center in Tehran in 1402. There were 28 people from the statistical population. were selected and 14 people were placed in the experimental group, the treatment group was performed on the experimental group, and the results were examined and analyzed, descriptive statistics including standard deviation, percentage, etc. were used to describe the results, and in the inferential part of the covariance analysis test SPSS software tool was used to analyze the data. The control group is more while it has decreased compared to the control group
