This study aimed to investigate the status of educational experts of Tehran’s university of medical sciences in terms of mental health components in a descriptive analytical form. The study population consisted of all educational experts who were working in the subsidiary faculties of medical sciences universities of Tehran that were working in the study year. in this study, it was available that 50 qualified training experts entered the study. for data collection, library methods and field method of questionnaire was used. the tools of this study include weight and weight questionnaire of 28 participants of mental health status. after visiting the faculties of medical sciences universities of Tehran and collecting data, the answers and results were analyzed. To describe the data from mean, standard deviation, frequency and for ferential analysis, the Shapiro test was used to evaluate the distribution of data in terms of normality to test the research hypotheses. all of them were done by spss software version 24. The results showed that the mental health of educational experts of medical sciences university is affected by various factors such as job pressures, social interactions, organizational supports and individual characteristics. While social performance is in a relatively favorable state, anxiety and stress - induced physical symptoms among staff are significant. In addition, a percentage of experts also experience depressive symptoms that can affect their organizational performance in the long run.
