رویکردی نو بر آموزش کودکان

بررسی اثربخشی آموزش کوتاه‌مدت راه‌حل‌محور بر تنهایی، روابط میان‌فردی و سازش‌یافتگی هیجانی در کودکان مضطرب

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: کودکان مضطرب دارای مشکلاتی در زمینه تنهایی، روابط میان‌فردی و سازش‌یافتگی هیجانی هستند. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش کوتاه‌مدت راه‌حل‌محور بر تنهایی، روابط میان‌فردی و سازش‌یافتگی هیجانی در کودکان مضطرب انجام شد.

روش پژوهش: این مطالعه نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش کودکان مضطرب مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر قرچک در فصل بهار سال 1403 بودند که 40 کودک با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه 60 دقیقه‌ای تحت آموزش کوتاه‌مدت راه‌حل‌محور قرار گرفت و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار برای آموزش ماند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس تنهایی راسل و همکاران (1980)، پرسشنامه روابط میان‌فردی هادسون (1997)، پرسشنامه سازش‌یافتگی هیجانی رابیو و همکاران (2007) و مقیاس اضطراب کودکان اسپنس (1997) بودند. داده‌های پژوهش با روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری در نرم‌افزار SPSS-23 تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین کودکان مضطرب گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل در مرحله پس‌آزمون از نظر هر سه متغیر تنهایی، روابط میان‌فردی و سازش‌یافتگی هیجانی تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. به عبارت دیگر، آموزش کوتاه‌مدت راه‌حل‌محور باعث کاهش تنهایی و بهبود روابط میان‌فردی و سازش‌یافتگی هیجانی در کودکان مضطرب شد (001/0P<).

نتیجه‌گیری: طبق نتایج، برای کاهش تنهایی و بهبود روابط میان‌فردی و سازش‌یافتگی هیجانی در کودکان مضطرب می‌توان از روش آموزش کوتاه‌مدت راه‌حل‌محور در کنار سایر روش‌های آموزش استفاده کرد.

چکیده English

Background and aim: Anxious children have problems in the field of loneliness, interpersonal relationships and emotional adjustment. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of investigate the effectiveness of solution-focused brief training on loneliness, interpersonal relationships and emotional adjustment in anxious children.

Research methods: The study was quasi-experimental with a pretest and posttest design with a control group. The research population was anxious children who referred to counseling centers of Qarchak city in the spring season of 2024 year, which 40 children by purposeful sampling method were selected and randomly assigned to two groups. The experimental group underwent 8 sessions of 60 minutes and the control group remained on the waiting list for training. The research tools were included Russell et al.'s loneliness scale (1980), Hudson's interpersonal relationships questionnaire (1997), Rubio et al.'s emotional adjustment questionnaire (2007) and Spence's children anxiety scale (1997). The research data were analyzed with multivariate analysis of covariance method in SPSS-23 software.

Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference between the anxious children of the experimental and control groups in the posttest phase in terms of all three variables of loneliness, interpersonal relationships and emotional adjustment. In other words, solution-focused brief training reduced loneliness and improved interpersonal relationships and emotional adjustment in anxious children (P<0.001),

Conclusion: According to the results, to reduce the loneliness feeling and improve interpersonal relationships and emotional adjustment in anxious children can be used solution-focused brief training along with other treatment methods.
