پیش‌بینی اعتیاد به بازی‌های آنلاین بر اساس علائم خلقی و اضطراب، سازگاری روانشناختی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در دانش‌آموزان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: امروزه، اعتیاد به بازی‌های آنلاین در کودکان رشد چشمگیری داشته و هدف این مطالعه پیش‌بینی اعتیاد به بازی‌های آنلاین بر اساس علائم خلقی و اضطراب، سازگاری روانشناختی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در دانش‌آموزان بود.

روش پژوهش: این مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش دانش‌آموزان پایه ششم ابتدایی شهر مشهد در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بودند که تعداد 400 دانش‌آموز با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های اعتیاد به بازی‌های آنلاین (وانگ و چانگ، 2002)، علائم خلقی و اضطراب (واردینار و همکاران، 2010)، سازگاری روانشناختی (سینها و سینگ، 1993) و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی (جینکز و مورگان، 1999) بود و داده‌های آن با روش ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه با مدل همزمان در نرم‌افزار SPSS-23 تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که نمره علائم خلقی و اضطراب و نمره سازگاری روانشناختی با نمره اعتیاد به بازی‌های آنلاین در دانش‌آموزان همبستگی مثبت و معنادار و نمره خودکارآمدی تحصیلی با نمره اعتیاد به بازی‌های آنلاین در آنان همبستگی منفی و معنادار داشت (01/0P<). همچنین، علائم خلقی و اضطراب، سازگاری روانشناختی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی توانستند 41 درصد از تغییرهای اعتیاد به بازی‌های آنلاین در دانش‌آموزان را پیش‌بینی نمایند (001/0P<).

نتیجه‌گیری: طبق نتایج، برای کاهش اعتیاد به بازی‌های آنلاین در دانش آموزان می‌توان علائم خلقی و اضطراب را کاهش و سازگاری روانشناختی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی را افزایش داد.

چکیده English

Background and purpose: Today, addiction to online games in children has grown significantly and the aim of this study was to predicting addiction to online games based on mood and anxiety symptoms, psychological adjustment and academic self-efficacy in students.

Research method: This study was descriptive from correlation type. The research population was the sixth grade students of Mashhad city in the 2022-20233 academic years, which 400 students were selected as a sample with using multi-stage cluster sampling method. The research tools were included questionnaires of addiction to online games (Wang and Chang, 2002), mood and anxiety symptoms (Wardenaar et al., 2010), psychological adjustment (Bell, 1961) and academic self-efficacy (Jinks and Morgan, 1999) and its data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression with enter model methods in SPSS-23 software.

Findings: The results indicated that the score of mood and anxiety symptoms and score of psychological adjustment had a positive and significant correlation with the score of addiction to online games in students, and the score of academic self-efficacy had a negative and significant correlation with the score of addiction to online games in them (P<0.01). Also, the mood and anxiety symptoms, psychological adjustment and academic self-efficacy could predict 41% of the changes of addiction to online games in students (P<0.001).

Conclusions: According to the results, in order to reduce the addiction to online games in students can be decreased the mood and anxiety symptoms and increased the psychological adjustment and academic self-efficacy.
