رویکردی نو بر آموزش کودکان

طراحی الگوی برنامه‌درسی هنر مبتنی بر تعامل با پلیس در دوره ابتدایی و شناسایی فعالیت-های اثر بخش در افزایش این تعاملات

چکیده
هدف:هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی برنامه‌درسی هنر مبتنی بر تعامل دانش‌آموزان با پلیس و همچنین شناسایی فعالیت-های یادگیری اثر بخش به منظور افزایش این تعاملات است.

روش: این پژوهش به روش آمیخته و از رویکرد کیفی گرندد تئوری و رویکرد کمی توصیفی- پیمایشی بهره گرفته است.حوزه‌ی پژوهش در بخش کیفی معلمان خبره و با تجربه که26نفر به صورت هدفمند از نوع گلوله برفی و در بخش کمی نیز معلمان و مسئولان پرورشی دوره ابتدایی شهر شیراز بودند که310نفر به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته27سوالی که روایی آن توسط9نفر از متخصصان موضوعی و پایایی آن با آلفای(0.96)تایید شد، تجزیه و تحلیل داده-ها در بخش کیفی به شیوه‌ی اشتراوس کوربین و در بخش کمی از آزمون فریدمن وtتک نمونه بهره گرفته شد.

یافته‌ها: پس از تحلیل متن مصاحبه‌ها و کدگذاری مؤلفه‌های آن، تعداد43کدباز،13کد محوری و5کدانتخابی استخراج گردید. علاوه‌براین،27فعالیت یادگیری شناسایی شد که به منظور ابزار بخش کمی از آن بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌های کمی نشان داد که از دیدگاه معلمان تمام فعالیت‌های یادگیری شناسایی شده در افزایش این تعاملات دارای اهمیت بوده و اجرای نمایش و مجسم کردن فداکاریهای پلیس، استفاده از شعر و موسیقی، دعوت از پلیس برای حضور در کلاس در رتبه‌های اول تا سوم قرار گرفتند.

نتیجه گیری: نتایج بخش کمی پژوهش حاکی از آن است، فعالیت‌هایی که نیازمند بودجه، زیرساخت و زمان کافی است در رتبه‌های آخر قرار گرفته‌اند. علاوه‌براین، الگوی برنامه‌درسی ارائه شده در این پژوهش عوامل مؤثر در اجرای برنامه‌درسی و پیامدهای متصور از آن را به نمایش می‌گذارد.

Designing an art Curriculum Model based on interaction with the police in elementary school and identifying effective activities in increasing these interactions

چکیده English

Aim:The purpose of this research is to design an art curriculum model based on the interaction of students with the police,as well as to identify effective learning activities to increase these interactions.

Methods:This research has used a mixed method and a qualitative approach of grounded theory and a descriptive-survey quantitative approach.The scope of the research in the qualitative part was26expert and experienced teachers were purposefully selected in a snowball type, and in the quantitative part,there were310teachers and educational officials of the elementary school in Shiraz, were selected randomly.The tool of the quantitative part of the researcher-made questionnaire was27questions,the validity of which was confirmed by9subject experts and its reliability was confirmed with alpha(0.96).In the qualitative part Data analysis with Strauss-Corbin method and in the quantitative part Friedman test and one-sample t-test were used.

Results:After analyzing the text of the interviews and coding its components,43open codes,13central codes, and5 selective codes were extracted.In addition,27learning activities were identified,which were used for the purpose of quantitative tools.The results of the quantitative part showed that from the teachers' point of view,all the identified learning activities are important in increasing these interactions. performing the show and embodying the sacrifices,using poetry and music,inviting the police to attend the class they were ranked first to third.

Conclusion:The results of the quantitative part of the research indicate that the activities that require sufficient budget,infrastructure and time are ranked last.In addition,the curriculum model presented in this research shows the effective factors in the implementation of the curriculum and its expected consequences.
