چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف نقش واسطه ای اخلاق حرفه ای در رابطه بین فرهنگ سازمانی و مسئولیت اجتماعی مدیران مدارس مقطع متوسطه شهرستان ممسنی انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی-علی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی مدیران مقطع متوسطه شهرستان ممسنی در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بود. افراد نمونه به تعداد 246 نفر از بین مدیران مدیران مقطع متوسطه شهرستان نورآباد با استفاده از جدول مورگان به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه های اخلاق حرفه ای، فرهنگ سازمانی و مسئولیت اجتماعی را پاسخ دادند. هر سه پرسشنامه از روایی و پایایی مطلوبی برخوردار بودند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های آماری پژوهش از معادلات ساختاری از طریق نرم افزارهای SPSS-26 و AMOS-24 استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین فرهنگ سازمانی و مسئولیت اجتماعی مدیران رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. بین فرهنگ سازمانی و اخلاق حرفه ای مدیران مدارس رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. بین اخلاق جرفه ای و مسئولیت پذیری مدیران رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین اخلاق حرفه ای در رابطه بین فرهنگ سازمانی و مسئولیت اجتماعی نقش میانجی را ایفا می کند.

چکیده English

The purpose of this research was the intermediate role of ethics in relationship between organizational culture & social responsibility among managers of high schools in Mamasani. Research method was correlational. Participants contained of all managers of high schools in Mamasani in 2023. 246 managers of high schools were selected via simple accessible method. Questionnaires contained ethics, organizational culture & social responsibility scales. All scales had obtimal raliability & validiry. Statistical analyses was done via structural equation with SPSS-26 and AMOS-24. Results showed there was a significant relationship between organizational culture & social responsibility among managers among managers. There was a significant relationship between organizational culture & ethics among managers among managers. There was a significant relationship between social responsibility & ethics among managers among managers. Also ethics had the intermediate role in relationship between organizational culture & social responsibility among managers.
