بررسی رابطه بین جو نوآوری در سازمان با رفتارکارآفرینانه با نقش تعدیل گر یادگیری مشارکتی کارکنان ادارات آموزش وپرورش مناطق هفتگانه مشهدوتبادکان

چکیده

تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش تعدیلگر یادگیری مشارکتی در رابطه با جو نوآوری سازمانی و رفتار کارآفرینانه
انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه کارکنان ادارات آموزش و پرورش مناطق هفتگانه مشهد و
تبادکان میباشد که تعداد آنها 859 نفر میباشد که از این تعداد بر اساس جدول جرسی مورگان 256 نفر با استفاده
از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری اطالعات نیز از سه پرسشنامه جو سازمانی
دورابجی و همکاران)1998 ،)و پرسشنامه رفتار کار آفرینانه زامتاکیس و موستاکیس)2007 )و پرسش نامه یادگیری
مشارکتی چو و باولی )2007 )استفاده شد. روایی هر پرسشنامه با نظر اساتید مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و برای
سنجش پایایی از روش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که به ترتیب برای هر یک از پرسشنامه ها 82/0 ،89/0
و 88/0 گزارش شد. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل آماری نشان داد که بین جو نوآوری سازمان و رفتار کارآفرینانه
رابطه معناداری وجود دارد)812/0=r )همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بین مؤلفه های جو نوآوری سازمانی با رفتار
کار آفرینانه نیز رابطه معناداری وجود دارد)چالش/ مشارکت679/0 ،آزادی719/0 ،زمان ایده 245/0 ،تفریح 612/0 ،
تضادها 542/0 ،حمایت از ایده 842/0 ،بحث ها 720/0 ،ریسک پذیری 652/0 .) یادگیری مشارکتی در هر سه
مؤلفه خود که شامل پویایی های گروهی، انجام کار بر روی پروژه و بازخورد میباشد رابطه بین جو نوآوری
سازمان و رفتار کارآفرینانه را تعدیل میکند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of participatory learning
moderator in relation to organizational innovation and entrepreneurial behavior. The
research is applied in terms of its purpose and, in terms of its nature, descriptive￾correlational research, and in terms of its method, is a survey. The statistical
population of this study is all employees of education departments of seven areas of
Mashhad and Vahedakan with a total of 859 people. Of these, 265 people were
selected using randomized cluster sampling based on Jersey Morgan's table. To
collect the data were also collected from three organizational questionnaires of
Gavraji and colleagues (1998), Zumatekis and Mustakis (2007) and Participatory
Learning Questionnaire Chou and Bowley (2007). The validity of each questionnaire
was confirmed by the opinion of the professors. The reliability of the questionnaire
was used by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was 0.82, 0.89 and 0.88 for eachquestionnaire, respectively. The results of statistical analysis showed that there was
a significant relationship between organizational innovation climate and
entrepreneurial behavior (r = 0.812). The results also showed that there was a
significant relationship between the components of organizational innovation
climate with entrepreneurial behavior (Challenge / Participation of 0.679, freedom
of 0.719, time of idea of 0.245, recreation 0.612, contradictions of 0.542, support of
idea 0.842, discussions of 0.720 , riskiness of 0.652). Participatory learning in all of
its three components, including group dynamics, project work and feedback,
moderates the relationship between the organizational innovation climate and
entrepreneurial behavior
