اثربخشی آموزش قصه درمانی در درک مفاهیم اخلاقی، اضطراب و افسردگی، هوش هیجانی و خودکارامدی در کودکان پسر و دختر

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش قصه درمانی در درک مفاهیم اخلاقی، اضطراب و افسردگی، هوش هیجانی و خودکارامدی در کودکان انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر به صورت مداخله ای و نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل خواهد بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کودکان مقطع ابتدایی منطقه 3 شهر تهران بودند که تعداد 40 نفر در دو گروه آزمایش(20 نفر) و کنترل(20 نفر) با روش نمونه گیری دردسترس به عنوان افراد نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش جلسات قصه درمانی و پرسشنامه های استاندارد بود. جهت تحلیل یافته ها از نرم افزار spss32 و جهت بررسی فرضیه های پژوهش از آزمون مقایسه ای کوواریانس استفاده شد. یافته ها حاکی از آن بود که اثربخشی آموزش قصه درمانی با سطح اطمینان 95% و P<0.05 بر درک مفاهیم اخلاقی، اضطراب و افسردگی، هوش هیجانی و خودکارامدی در کودکان تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که قصه درمانی در درک مفاهیم اخلاقی، و کاهش اضطراب و افسردگی و بهبود هوش هیجانی و خودکارامدی در کودکان تاثیر دارد.

The effectiveness of story therapy training in understanding moral concepts, anxiety and depression, emotional intelligence and self-efficacy in boys and girls Abstract The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of story therapy training in understanding the concepts of morality, anxiety and depression, emotional intelligence and self-efficacy in children. The present research method will be interventional and quasi-experimental with pre-test-post-test design with two experimental and control groups. The statistical population of the present study was elementary school children in District 3 of Tehran that 40 people in the experimental (20) and control (20) groups were selected as the sample by available sampling method. Data collection tools in this study were story therapy sessions and standard questionnaires. SPSS32 software was used to analyze the findings and covariance comparative test was used to test the research hypotheses. The results showed that the effectiveness of story therapy training with 95% confidence level and P <0.05 has a positive and significant effect on the understanding of moral concepts, anxiety and depression, emotional intelligence and self-efficacy in children. In general, the results showed that story therapy has an effect on understanding moral concepts, reducing anxiety and depression, and improving emotional intelligence and self-efficacy in children.
