پیش بینی کیفیت خواب براساس پرخاشگری و اضطراب در دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران غرب

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به منظور پیش‌بینی کیفیت خواب براساس پرخاشگری و اضطراب در دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی که در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 مشغول به تحصیل اند، انجام شد. به منظور دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش از میان کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی که در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 مشغول به تحصیل بوده اند، نمونه ای به حجم 377 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه کیفیت خواب پیتزبورگ(PSQI)، پرسشنامه پرخاشگری باس و پری(AQ) و پرسشنامه اضطراب بک(BAI) استفاده شد. داده های پژوهش از طریق آزمون های همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چند گانه با استفاده از نرم‌افزارآماری SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که بین پرخاشگری با کیفیت خواب رابطه معکوس و معنادار وجود داشته و پرخاشگری، کیفیت خواب را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند و نیز بین اضطراب و کیفیت خواب نیز رابطه معکوس و معنی‌دار وجود دارد و اضطراب، کیفیت خواب را پیش‌بینی می‌کند. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد. بنابراین نتیجه گرفته می‌شود که مدیریت اضطراب و کنترل پرخاشگری می‌تواند بهبود کیفیت خواب را پیش‌بینی می‌کند.

چکیده [English]

The present study was conducted to predict sleep quality based on aggression and anxiety in students of Islamic Azad University who are studying in the academic year 1401-1400. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, among all students of the Islamic Azad University who were studying in the academic year 1401-1400, a sample of 377 people were selected by simple random sampling. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire (PSQI), the Bass and Perry Aggression Questionnaire (AQ) and the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) were used to collect data. Research data were analyzed by Pearson correlation test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that there is an inverse and significant relationship between aggression and sleep quality and aggression predicts sleep quality and also there is a significant inverse relationship between anxiety and sleep quality and anxiety predicts sleep quality. P value less than 0.05 was considered significant. Therefore, it is concluded that anxiety management and control of aggression can be effective in improving sleep quality.
