اثربخشی اموزش طرحواره درمانی بر افسردگی و اضطراب در بیماران مبتلا به کووید19 ترخیص شده از مراکز درمانی

چکیده

هدف از انجام این اثربخشی آموزش طرحواره درمانی بر افسردگی و اضطراب در بیماران مبتلا به کووید 19 ترخیص شده از مراکز درمانی بود. طرح پژوهش با توجه به هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه کنترل با آرایش تصادفی در آزمودنی ها بود. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل کلیه بیماران ترخیص شده از مراکز درمانی به علت ابتلا به کووید 19 که با مراجعه به کلینیک نوید مهر در فاصله‌ی زمانی آبان الی دی ماه 1400 تشخیص اضطراب و افسردگی در آنان داده شده، بود. از میان افراد جامعه 30 نفر به صورت داوطلبانه و هدفمند انتخاب شده و در دو گروه (15 نفر طرحواره درمانی، 15 نفر کنترل) به صورت تصادفی قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های افسردگی و اضطراب بک بود. یافته ها نشان داد طرحواره درمانی بر افسردگی و اضطراب در بیماران مبتلا به کووید 19 ترخیص شده از مراکز درمانی اثربخش می باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: بر طبق نتایج می‌توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که طرحواره درمانی با آماج قرار دادن قالب ها یا الگوهای فرد و بازسازی طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه، قادر به کاهش اضطراب و افسردگی می باشد.

چکیده [English]

Aim: The purpose of this study was to teach schema therapy on depression and anxiety in patients with covid-19 discharged from medical centers. Method: According to the purpose, the research design was applied and in terms of method, it was a quasi-experimental pre-test post-test with a control group with random arrangement in the subjects. The statistical population included all patients discharged from medical centers due to covid-19, who were diagnosed with anxiety and depression by referring to Navid Mehr Clinic between November and January 1400. From the community, 20 people were selected voluntarily and purposefully and were randomly divided into two groups (10 people in schema therapy, 10 people in control). The research instruments included Beck Depression and Anxiety Inventory. Results: The results showed that schema therapy is effective on depression and anxiety in patients with covid-19 discharged from medical centers. Conclusion: Based on the results, it can be concluded that schema therapy is able to reduce anxiety and depression by targeting individual molds or patterns and reconstructing early maladaptive schemas.
