چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of stress management skills training on psychological capital, resilience and social skills in mothers with hyperactive children. The statistical population of this study consisted of all mothers of hyperactive children who referred to counseling centers in districts 1 and 2 of Tehran in 1400, who referred to these centers in the second half of 1400, whose number was equal to 750 people. Statistical sample According to the quasi-experimental research method, 30 mothers of hyperactive children were randomly selected from the statistical population. Data collection tools included a summary of the stress management skills training protocol, the Lutans (2007) Psychological Capital Questionnaire, Connor & Davidson (1979) Resilience Questionnaire, and Queen Dam (2004) Social Skills. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS22 software. In this research, descriptive statistics were used to calculate the mean and standard deviation of research variables and show the frequency and related graphs, and inferential statistics were used to test the research hypotheses. Before testing the hypotheses, the hypothesis of normality of data distribution was performed by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The results showed that stress management skills training is effective on psychological capital, resilience and social skills in mothers with hyperactive children. Due to the severity of the effect, stress management skills training has a greater impact on the resilience of mothers with hyperactive children than psychological capital and social skills.
