مقایسه بهزیستی ذهنی و ارتباط بین فردی دانشجویان از منظر دست برتری (چپ‌دستی و راست‌دستی)

چکیده

 هدف: دست برتری یا جانبی بودن یکی از صفاتی است که در بسیاری افراد دیده می‌شود و میتواند سبب بروز و شکل‌گیری بسیاری از خصایص گردد. در همین راستا پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه بهزیستی ذهنی و ارتباط بین فردی در افراد چپ دست و راست دست در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر همدان، در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 انجام گرفت.
روش‌ها: حجم نمونه‌ای 300 نفری که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای صورت گرفت. ابزارهای مورد استفاده عبارت بودند از پرسشنامه دست برتری چاپمن(1978)، پرسشنامه بهزیستی ذهنی کی‌یز و ماگیارمو(2003) و پرسشنامه ارتباط بین فردی ماتسون (1983). داده‌ها پس از جمع‌آوری با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری t مستقل و تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره در قالب نرم افزار spss مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که در متغیر بهزیستی ذهنی و مولفه‌های آن تفاوت بین دو گروه معنادار است و چپ دست‌ها از بهزیستی ذهنی بالاتری برخوردارند. همچنین در متغیر مهارتهای ارتباطی بین دو گروه تفاوت وجود دارد که در این متغیر راست دست‌ها قوی‌تر بودند. بر همین اساس می‌توان یافته‌های فوق را در رابطه با مسائل فرهنگی، آموزشی و تربیتی مورد استناد قرار داد.

چکیده [English]

Abstract

Introduction: Being superior or lateral is one of the traits that is seen in many people and can cause many traits to develop. The purpose of this study was to compare subjective well-being and interpersonal relationship in left and right-handed individuals among students of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences in the academic year 1396-97.

Methods: A sample size of 300 was selected by stratified random sampling. The tools used were Chapman's Handwriting Questionnaire (1978), Keyes and Magyaromo's Mental Well-being Questionnaire (2003) and Matson's Interpersonal Relationship Questionnaire (1983). Data were analyzed using independent t-test and multivariate analysis of variance in SPSS software.

Results and Conclusion: The results showed that the difference between the two groups was significant in the subjective well-being variable and its components had higher subjective well-being. There was also a difference in the communication skills variable between the two groups, which were stronger in the right-handed variable. On the basis of these findings, it can be cited in relation to cultural, educational and educational issues.
