چکیده

مقدمه: دوره نوجوانی یکی از بحرانی ترین دوران زندگی هر فرد به شمار می آید. سلامت نوجوانان پیش شرط سلامت و توسعه آینده جامعه است. هویت محوریت سلامت نوجوانی و تحت تاثیر مجموعه عواملی است که بر سلامت نیز موثرند در نتیجه تامین سلامت نوجوان در گرو تشکیل هویت مطلوب است.

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر پیش بینی سبک های هویت براساس مولفه های بهزیستی روانشناختی و سبک دلبستگی در بین دانش آموزان پسر دوره اول متوسه شهرستان شاهین شهر بود.

روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و روش آن از نوع همبستگی میباشد. جامعه ی این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش اموزان پسر دوره اول متوسه شهرستان شاهین شهر بود. نمونه ی پژوهش شامل 230 نفر از حجم نمونه بودند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه سبکهای هویتی برزونسکی (۱۹۸۹) ، مقیاس بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ریف (1989) بود. داده ها در دو سطح توصیفی(میانگین،انحراف استاندارد) و استنباطی(آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند وبوسیله ی نرم افزار SPSS23 تحلیل گردیدند.

یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد هویت هنجاری،سردرگم، تعهد و اطلاعاتی بر اساس مولفه های بهزیستی روانشناختی و سبک دلبستگی در بین دانش آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه شهر اصفهان قابل پیش‌بینی است (01/.<p).

نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده در این پژوهش و اینکه انسان سالم، محور توسعه‌ی پایدار اسـت و خانوادهی سالم مولد و منبع نیروی انسانی مورد نیـاز جامعه‌ی سالم است، لذا نیاز است تا خدمات مشاوره و روان شناختی بـا سرویس های متنوع تری در مدارس اختیار عموم مردم قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Adolescence is one of the most critical periods in the life of every person. Adolescent health is a prerequisite for the health and future development of society. Identity is the focus of adolescent health and is influenced by a set of factors that also affect health, so ensuring adolescent health depends on the formation of a desirable identity.

Objective: The aim of this study was to predict identity styles based on the components of psychological well-being and attachment style among first grade male students in Shahinshahr.

Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and its method is correlational. The population of this study included all male students of the first semester of Shahinshahr city. The research sample consisted of 230 people from the sample size. The data collection tool was Brzonsky Identity Styles Questionnaire (1989), Reef Psychological Well-Being Scale (1989). Data were analyzed at two levels of descriptive (mean, standard deviation) and inferential (Pearson correlation test and regression) and analyzed by SPSS23 software.

Results: The results showed that normative identity, confusion, commitment and information based on the components of psychological well-being and attachment style among female high school students in Isfahan can be predicted (p <0.01).

Conclusion: According to the results in this study there is a need for counseling and psychological services with services. More diverse schools should be made available to the public.
