پیش‌بینی رضایت شغلی معلمان ابتدایی بر مبنای انگیزش پیشرفت و هوش معنوی

چکیده

مقدمه: معلمان دوره‌ی ابتدایی در مقایسه با سایر معلمان، بادانش آموزانی سروکار دارند که ازلحاظ رشد جسمی، اخلاقی، اجتماعی و... در مرحله‌ی خاص و حساسی از مراحل رشد قرار دارند، با توجه به نقش و جایگاه والای معلم در فرایند تعلیم و تربیت دانش آموزان و با عنایت به این موضوع که معنویت، سلامت روان و رضایت شغلی جنبه‌هایی اجتناب‌ناپذیر از زندگی سازمانی در بین کارکنان می‌باشند.
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر پیش‌بینی رضایت شغلی معلمان ابتدایی بر مبنای انگیزش پیشرفت و هوش معنوی معلمان ابتدایی بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر کمی، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. حجم نمونه ی پژوهش 322 نفر از معلمان ابتدایی ناحیه 3 بود که به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری استفاده شده در پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی مینه‌سوتا، پرسشنامه هوش معنوی کینگ و پرسشنامه انگیزه پیشرفت هرمنس بود. تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماریspss نسخه23 انجام شد.
یافته ها: تایج نشان داد که بین رضایت شغلی با هوش معنوی معلمان رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد و بین انگیزه پیشرفت با رضایت شغلی معلمان رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیری: میتوان رضایت شغلی معلمان ابتدایی را بر مبنای انگیزش پیشرفت و هوش معنوی معلمان ابتدایی در شهراصفهان پیش بینی کرد.

Introduction: Elementary school teachers, compared to other teachers, deal with students who are in a special and sensitive stage of development in terms of physical, moral, social, etc., due to the role and high position of the teacher in the teaching process and Educating students and considering that spirituality, mental health and job satisfaction are inevitable aspects of organizational life among employees.
Aim: The purpose of this study was to predict the job satisfaction of elementary teachers based on the motivation for development and spiritual intelligence of elementary teachers.
Method: The present study was quantitative, descriptive and correlational. The sample size of the study was 322 primary school teachers in District 3 who were randomly selected. The collection tools used in the study included the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire, the King Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire, and the Hermans Progress Motivation Questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software version 23.
Results: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and teachers 'spiritual intelligence and there is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and teachers' job satisfaction.
Conclusion: it is possible to predict the job satisfaction of primary school teachers based on the motivation for development and spiritual intelligence of primary school teachers in Isfahan.
