تدوین مدل بهزیستی روانشناختی بر اساس سرمایه روانشناختی

چکیده

زمینه: ارتقاء بهزیستی روانشناختی یکی از وظایف مهم مسئولین نظام آموزشی و تربیتی است و یکی از مفاهیم تاثیرگذار در این زمینه سرمایه روانشناختی است. هدف :هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین مدل بهزیستی روانشناختی بر اساس سرمایه روانشناختی بود. روش: پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی و روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری کلیه کارکنان آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی1398-1397بود . نمونه پژوهش610 نفر بودند که با روش تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیری در مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری انتخاب شدند. ابزار: ابزارهای پژوهش حاضر عبارتند از: پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف و کیز(1995)، مقیاس سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز و آولیو(2007) . برای تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار Amos استفاده گردید. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد شاخصهای برازش مدل پژوهش موردقبول بودند و مدل پیشنهادی تحقیق از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است. نتیجه گیری: یافته‌ها نشان داد سرمایه روانشناختی، توانایی پیش‌بینی بهزیستی روانشناختی را داشت. بنابراین می‌‌توان با برنامه‌ریزی‌های صحیح در راستای تقویت سرمایه روانشناختی، سطح بهزیستی روانشناختی افراد را ارتقا داد.

چکیده [English]

Background:Promoting psychological well-being is one of the important tasks of the officials of the educational system and one of the influential concepts in this field is psychological capital. Aim: The present study aimed to design a model of psychological well -being according to psychological capital.
Objective:The purpose of present research was to investigate the prediction of psychological well-being model based on the psychological capital .
Method: Descriptive mythology with descriptive-correlational type and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used in this research. Statistical population consisted of all education employees in Tehran working in the academic years of 2018-2019 . The sample consisted of 610 people were selected through multivariate regression analysis in SEM.
Tools: The present research instruments are: Psychological Wellbeing Questionnaire of Ryff & Keyes (1995), Psychological Capital Scale of Luthans and Avolio (2007). Data analysis was done using SEM and Amos Software.
Findings: The obtained results showed that the research model fit indicators were reliable and the proposed model had an optimal fit.
Conclusion: Results showed that psychological capital could predict psychological well-being. So it can be with the right plans for strengthen psychological capital, upgraded the level of psychological well-being of people.
