اهمیت و نقش برنامه ریزی استراتژیک در به کارگیری یادگیری الکترونیکی در آموزش عالی

چکیده

هدف اصلی مطالعه حاضر اهمیت و نقش برنامه ریزی استراتژیک در به کارگیری یادگیری الکترونیکی در آموزش عالی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل کلیه اساتید دانشگاه اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 99-98 می باشد که شامل 651 استاد در کلیه دانشکده ها می باشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای، تعداد 41 نفر به عنوان نمونه در دسترس قرار گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه استاندارد برنامه ریزی استراتژیک برایسون(1999) و نگرش استادان به آموزش الکترونیکی تقوی(1386) می باشد. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی در نرم افزار spss تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها نشان داد که از بین مولفه های برنامه ریزی استراتژیک تنها تاثیر تعیین موضوعات استراتژیک بر به کارگیری آموزش الکترونیک معنادار می باشد، تاثیر برنامه ریزی استراتژیک بر به کارگیری آموزش الکترونیک مستقیم و معنادار می باشد و در نهایت رابطه برنامه ریزی استراتژیک با آموزش الکترونیک و تمامی مولفه های آن به جزء دو مولفه احساس مفید بودن و آموزش های چندرسانه ای مثبت و معنادار می باشد.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of this study is the importance and role of strategic planning in the application of e-learning in higher education. The statistical population of the study includes all professors of Isfahan University in the academic year of 1398-99, which includes 651 professors in all faculties. Using random cluster sampling method, 41 people were available as samples. Data collection tools in this study include Bryson's Strategic Planning Standard Questionnaire (1999) and Teachers' Attitude Towards Electronic Tutoring (2007). Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics in SPSS software. The findings showed that among the components of strategic planning, the only effect of determining strategic issues on the use of e-learning is significant, the impact of strategic planning on the use of direct e-learning is significant. Finally, the relationship between strategic planning and e-learning and all its components, except for the two components of feeling useful and multimedia education, is positive and significant.
