بررسی کیفیت مدیریت با عملکرد شغلی معلمان مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان مراغه

چکیده

مدیریت و رهبری در همه زمینه های اجتماعی امری ضروری و حیاتی است و این در سازمان های آموزشی بیشتر محسوس است . هدف پژوهش حاضر برسی رابطه کیفیت مدیریت با عملکرد شغلی معلمان می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان مرد و زن مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان مراغه در سال تحصیلی 99-98 که شامل 500 نفر که نمونه آماری براساس جدول مورگان، 217نفر، با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای نسبتی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش، در چهارچوب روش میدانی پرسش نامه است که به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسش نامه 40 سؤالی کیفیت خدمت مدیران محقق ساخته که در سه بعد (کیفیت سازمانی، کیفیت تعاملی، کیفیت فیزیکی) و پرسش نامه33 سؤالی عملکرد شغلی معلمان پاترسون که در دو بعد (عملکرد رفتاری، عملکرد فرآیندی) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان دادکه در بخش توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی بین متغیر های پژوهش در بین مؤلفه ها در سطح معناداری به دست آمدند. این امر بدان معناست که هر چه کیفیت خدمت مدیران در مدرسه بالاتر باشد، عملکرد شغلی معلمان بهتر خواهد بود. برای پیش بینی عملکرد شغلی معلمان براساس ابعاد مختلف کیفیت مدیریت، آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه نشان دادکه مؤلفه های کیفیت تعاملی، کیفیت سازمانی و کیفیت فیزکی می توانند عملکرد شغلی معلمان ابتدایی شهرستان مراغه را پیش بینی کنند.

Quality management with job supervision of primary school teachers in Maragheh city

چکیده [English]

Management and leadership in all social fields is essential and vital and this is more noticeable in educational organizations. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between management quality and teachers' job performance.The statistical population of this study includes all male and female primary school teachers in Maragheh city in the academic year of 1998-99, which includes 500 people. The statistical sample was 217 people based on Morgan table, selected by stratified random sampling method. The data collection tool in this study is a questionnaire in the framework of the field method, which in order to collect information from the 40-item service quality questionnaire of research managers in three dimensions (organizational quality, interactive quality, physical quality) and 33-item job performance questionnaire. Patterson teachers were used in two dimensions (behavioral performance, process performance).The results showed that in the descriptive part, the correlation coefficient between the research variables between the components was obtained at a significant level. This means that the higher the quality of service for principals in the school, the better the job performance of teachers.To predict the job performance of teachers based on different dimensions of management quality, multiple regression test showed that the components of interactive quality, organizational quality and physical quality can predict the job performance of primary school teachers in Maragheh.
