بررسی اکتشافی- تحلیلی صلاحیت های حرفه ای معلمان بر اساس سند چشم انداز 1404 (برنامه جامع پنجم و ششم اسناد تحولی: دیدگاهی آینده نگر)

چکیده

بررسی صلاحیت های حرفه ای معلمان به عنوان یکی از ارکان آموزش یک الزام در سیستم آموزشی کشور به شمار می رود. در این پژوهش بدلیل تکثر داده های مربوط به صلاحیت های حرفه معلمی در خط زمانی برنامه پنجم و ششم، مقالات معتبر این برهه زمانی( از سال 1390 تا 1398) جهت سمت سو دادن به نگرش محققان و دست اندرکاران برنامه ریزی نظام آموزشی،  اقدام به آینده پژوهی و اکتشاف عناصر مهم این مسیر پرداخته شد. تحلیل محتوا پژوهش های به تلخیص داده ها در سه عنصر: روانی و عاطفی ، توسعه دهنده گی خود، اخلاق در آموزش و پژوهش از اهم موضوعات ِآینده صلاحیت های حرفه ای معلمان به تشریح در این مقاله پرداخته شد.

چکیده [English]

Examining the professional qualifications of teachers as one of the pillars of education is a requirement in the educational system of the country. In this study, due to the multiplicity of data related to the qualifications of the teaching profession in the timeline of the fifth and sixth programs, valid articles of this period (from 1390 to 1398) to address the attitudes of researchers and those involved in planning the educational system, Futurism and exploration of important elements of this path were discussed. Content Analysis Research summarizing data in three elements: psychological and emotional, self-development, ethics in education and research of the most important future topics of professional competencies of teachers were described in this article.
