چکیده

در دنیای امروز با رشد سریع علم و تولید روزافزون دانش و با تغییرات اجتماعی و معرفتی انسان­ها باید از ایده­ها و روش­های تربیتی سابق فراتر برویم. دیگر نمی توان آموزش را از پرورش جدا کرد و انسان­ها را بر اساس تسلط بر موضوعات درسی ارزش­گذاری کرد. امروز دیگر نمی­توانیم آموزش یکسان برای همه و تأکید بر محفوظات را بپذیریم. در نظام آموزشی جدید در مدارس سعی می­گردد محیط یادگیری بر اساس تفاوت­های فردی دانش­آموزان فراهم گردد. در مقاله­ی مذکور جامعه­ی آماری یک مجتمع آموزشی در منطقه­ی پنج تهران بوده؛ که با به­کارگیری روش­های نظریه­ی تئوری انتخاب مشکلات آموزشی و رفتاری تعدادی از دانش­آموزان پایه­ی اول و دوم دبستان این مجتمع مورد مشاهده و بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج آماری بدست آمده از این بررسی­ها روند مثبتی را در جهت بهبود شرایط یادگیری دانش­آموزان این دو دوره چه از نظر آموزشی و چه از نظر رفتاری را نشان داده است.

چکیده [English]

In today's world, with the rapid growth of science and the increasing production of knowledge, and with the social and epistemological changes of human beings, we must go beyond the ideas and methods of education. Education can no longer be separated from upbringing and human beings can be valued on the basis of mastery of subjects. Today we can no longer accept the same education for all and the emphasis on archives. The new educational system in schools tries to provide a learning environment based on individual differences of students. In the mentioned article, the statistical population was an educational complex in the fifth district of Tehran; Using the methods of theory of theory of selection of educational and behavioral problems of a number of first and second grade students of this complex has been observed and studied. The statistical results obtained from these studies have shown a positive trend in order to improve the learning conditions of students in these two courses, both in terms of education and behavior.
