مطالعه ی مروری الگوی شادمانی از منظر آموزه های دین مبین اسلام و رویکردهای روانشناسی

چکیده

امروزه شادی به عنوان یک معیار اصلی در تشخیص سلامت روانی محسوب می‌شودشادی و نشاط از مهمترین نیازهای روانی بشر و نیز عاملی برای رشد و موفقیت است و به دلیل تأثیرات عمده ای که بر زندگی افراد دارد، همواره مورد توجه بوده است.آدمی از دیرباز به دنبال این بوده که چگونه می تواند بهتر زندگی کند، چه چیزی بیشتر رضایتش را فراهم میکند و با چه سازوکارهایی می تواند از زندگی در این دنیا لذت ببرد(دیکی ، 1999).
علوم روانشناختی به عنوان یکی از شاخه های اصلی علوم انسانی در صورتی می تواند کارآیی خود را نشان دهد که بتواند با نظریه های فرهنگی و بومی به سوالات اساسی در رابطه با مسائل روانی مردم کشورمان پاسخ گوید و در رشد و ارتقای فرهنگی، معنوی و روانی مردم این مرزو بوم کارا و موثر باشد. مسائل روانشناختی مردم جدا از مسائل فرهنگی، وضعیت اقتصادی سیاسی، باورهای مذهبی آنان نمی‌تواند، مطالعه شود . با توجه به اینکه بومی سازی علوم روانشناختی و رفتاری یکی از اصول مهم در حوزه ی علم و دانش است ، تدوین گر این مقاله در صدد است تا مبانی و اصول نشاط و شادمانی را در آموزه های دین مبین اسلام را مرور کرده و خلاصه ای از آن را به رشته ی تحریر در آورد.

چکیده [English]

Happiness is now considered a key criterion for diagnosing mental health. Happiness is one of the most important psychological needs of human beings, as well as a factor for growth and success, and has always been considered due to its major impact on people's lives. He sought to see how he could live better, what would satisfy him most, and with what mechanisms he could enjoy life in this world (Dickey, 1999).
Psychological sciences, as one of the main branches of humanities, can be effective if it can answer the basic questions related to the psychological issues of the people of our country with cultural and indigenous theories and in cultural, spiritual and psychological development. The people of this region are efficient and effective. The psychological problems of the people cannot be studied apart from the cultural issues, the economic and political situation, their religious beliefs. Given that the localization of psychological and behavioral sciences is one of the important principles in the field of science and knowledge, the author of this article wants to review the basics of happiness in the teachings of Islam and psychological approaches.
