بررسی ویژگی های خلاقانه استادان دانشگاه فرهنگیان و میزان استفاده آنها از روش های تدریس خلاق

چکیده

مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسی ویژگی­های خلاقانه استادان دانشگاه فرهنگیان و میزان استفاده آنها از روش­های تدریس خلاق از دیدگاه دانشجویان رشته آموزش ابتدایی انجام گرفت. این مطالعه یک بررسی توصیفی- پیمایشی است که روی جامعه آماری دانشجومعلمان کارشناسی پیوسته رشته آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان فارس در نیمسال اول سال تحصیلی 99-1398 انجام گردید. نمونه آماری مورد مطالعه بر اساس جدول مورگان و با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی به تعداد 210 نفر از دانشجومعلمان انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این مطالعه، پرسشنامه اصول و ویژگیهای تدریس خلاق بود که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها، از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده گردید. نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از آن بود که: 1) از بین ویژگی­های خلاقانه اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان، «توانایی برقراری ارتباط صمیمانه با دانشجویان» و «باور داشتن قابلیت علمی دانشجویان» به ترتیب بالاترین و پایین ترین رتبه را از دید دانشجومعلمان دارند، 2) میزان استفاده اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان از روش­های تدریس خلاق به­طور معنی داری در حد قابل قبول است اما با سطح مطلوب فاصله دارد، 3) بین ویژگی­های خلاقانه اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان از دید دانشجومعلمان دختر و پسر تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

The present article was conducted with the aim of examining the creative characteristics of Farhangian University professors and their use of creative teaching methods from the perspective of primary school students. This study is a descriptive-survey study conducted on the statistical population of undergraduate and graduate students in the field of primary education at Farhangian University of Fars Province in the first semester of the 2009-2010 academic year. The statistical sample was selected and studied based on Morgan's table using random stratified sampling method for 210 students and teachers. The instrument used in this study was the Questionnaire of Creative Teaching Principles and Features, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results showed that: 1) Among the creative characteristics of Farhangian University professors, "ability to communicate sincerely with students" and "believing in students' scientific ability" have the highest and lowest rank in terms of students and teachers, respectively. (2) The use of creative teaching methods by Farhangian University professors is significantly acceptable but far from the desired level. 3) There is a significant difference between the creative characteristics of Farhangian University professors from the point of view of male and female students.
