Manpower is one of the basic indicators of success, continuity and realization of the goals and aspirations of organizations. As a result, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between personal initiative and religious orientation with job performance among high school teachers in Dashtiari region. The research method is descriptive and the research design is correlational. The statistical population of the study included all high school teachers in Dashtiari region, which is 200 people. Using the stratified random sampling method, 131 people were selected as statistical samples and research questionnaires were distributed among them. Data collection tools were three personal itecar questionnaires (Czech, 1998), religious orientation (Allport, 1968), and job performance (Peterson, 1963), which were developed on a five-point Likert scale. After collection, the research data were analyzed using SPSS22 statistical software and Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between personal initiative and flame performance in teachers. There is a positive and significant relationship between internal religious orientation and flame performance in teachers. It was also found that the components of personal initiative and religious orientation have the ability to predict flame performance in teachers.
