بررسی رابطه ابتکار شخصی و جهت گیری مذهبی با عملکرد شغلی بین دبیران مقطع متوسطه منطقه دشتیاری

چکیده

نیروی انسانی، یکی از شاخصهای اساسی موفقیت، تداوم و محقق شدن اهداف و آرمانهای سازمانهاست. درنتیجه هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه ابتکار شخصی و جهت گیری مذهبی با عملکرد شغلی بین دبیران مقطع متوسطه منطقه دشتیاری بود.  روش تحقیق، توصیفی و طرح پژوهشی همبستگی است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دبیران مقطع متوسطه منطقه دشتیاری بود که  تعداد 200 نفر می باشد. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه ای، 131نفر به عنوان نمونه‌ی آماری انتخاب گردیده و پرسشنامه‌های پژوهش بین آنان توزیع شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات سه پرسشنامه‌ی ایتکار شخصی (چک،1998)، جهت گیری مذهبی (آلپورت،1968) و عملکرد شغلی (پترسون،1963) بود که بر اساس مقیاس پنج درجه‌ای لیکرت تدوین شدند. داده­های تحقیق پس از جمع آوری با استفاده از نرم افزارهای آماری SPSS22 و از طریق ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بین ابتکار شخصی با عملکرد شعلی در دبیران رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد. بین  جهت گیری مذهبی درونی  با عملکرد شعلی در دبیران رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد. همچنین مشخص شد که مولفه های ابتکار شخصی و جهت گیری مذهبی توان پیش بینی عملکرد شعلی در دبیران را دارند.

چکیده [English]

Manpower is one of the basic indicators of success, continuity and realization of the goals and aspirations of organizations. As a result, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between personal initiative and religious orientation with job performance among high school teachers in Dashtiari region. The research method is descriptive and the research design is correlational. The statistical population of the study included all high school teachers in Dashtiari region, which is 200 people. Using the stratified random sampling method, 131 people were selected as statistical samples and research questionnaires were distributed among them. Data collection tools were three personal itecar questionnaires (Czech, 1998), religious orientation (Allport, 1968), and job performance (Peterson, 1963), which were developed on a five-point Likert scale. After collection, the research data were analyzed using SPSS22 statistical software and Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between personal initiative and flame performance in teachers. There is a positive and significant relationship between internal religious orientation and flame performance in teachers. It was also found that the components of personal initiative and religious orientation have the ability to predict flame performance in teachers.
