The aim of the current research is to deduce educational implications extracted from Michel Foucault's concept of critical thinking. In order to achieve this goal, the analytical-inferential method has been used. As a postmodern theorist, Foucault takes a critical look at issues and how they are formed; due to what needs have arisen; And how they have changed and moved. The concept of critical thinking From Foucault's point of view, it rejects any kind of totality and considers criticism possible through breaking the foundation. A necessary condition for criticizing cultural and social issues according to Foucault is re-creation; Foucault, in relation to the cultivation of critical thinking, emphasizes the conditions of thought that create mental experience with discourse. In the context of the concept of critical thinking in education, Foucault emphasizes the comprehensive training of critics by teachers with a creative mind. So that they can criticize and interpret the texts and curriculum according to their social issues according to another culture. Based on the principles obtained from Foucault's thoughts; In today's pluralistic society, learners need the ability to evaluate the relationships of different views on complex issues and participate in social decisions. From Foucault's point of view, students should be given the opportunity to increase their critical capacity and expand such capacity to fight and change the existing political and social forms instead of simply adapting to them. In this regard, the present research has explored the concept of critical thinking from Foucault's point of view, and deduced the educational implications arising from this concept by using Franken's model.
