مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی، تمرینات بدنسازی و آموزش ترکیبی مهارت های زندگی و تمرینات بدنسازی بر تنظیم شناختی هیجان دانش‌آموزان دختر ناشنوا شهر زاهدان

چکیده
زمینه‌وهدف: شنوایی یکی ازحواس بسیارمهم برای یادگیری، کسب مهارت‌های زبانی و برقراری تعامل با دیگران است و زمینه مناسبی را برای تحول هر فردی فراهم می‌کند. کودکان ناشنوا نسبت به همسالان شنوای خود در شناسایی هیجان‌ها دچار اشتباهات بیشتری می‌شوند و در مهارت‌های تنظیم شناختی هیجان باچالش‌هایی مواجه هستند. پژوهش حاضربا هدف بررسی مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی، تمرینات بدنسازی وآموزش ترکیبی مهارت‌های زندگی وتمرینات بدنسازی برتنظیم شناختی هیجان دانش‌آموزان دخترناشنوا شهرزاهدان اجرا شد.
روش پژوهش: این پژوهش، ازنظرهدف ازنوع تحقیقات کاربردی بوده که ازنوع نیمه آزمایشی دارای پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون –آزمون پیگیری باگروه کنترل می‌باشد. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان دخترناشنوای 15 تا 18 ساله دوره متوسطه سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 شهرزاهدان بود. از این بین نمونه‌ای به صورت دردسترس به حجم 52 نفر باتوجه به ملاک‌های ورود و خروج انتخاب شدند. سپس به صورت تصادفی ساده درچهارگروه قرارگرفتند. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان گارنفسکی وکرایج2006 ، استفاده شد. برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای برگروه آزمایش 1 آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی در ده‌جلسه ، گروه‌آزمایش2 تمرینات بدنسازی در12جلسه وگروه‌آزمایش3 ترکیب آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی و تمرینات بدنسازی به میزان 10 و 12جلسه توسط پژوهشگر برای دانش‌آموزان دخترناشنوا اجراشد. وگروه کنترل، هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. بعد از اتمام آموزش‌ها برای گروه‌ها، پس‌آزمون و پس ازمدت چهارماه آزمون پیگیری اجرا شد.یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده ازآزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و جهت بررسی مقایسه بین گروه‌ها، ازآزمون تعقیبی LSD استفاده شد. باتوجه به نتایج داده‌ها مداخلات متغیرهای مستقل برمتغیر وابسته تنظیم شناختی هیجان اثرگزار بود و بیشترین تاثیر و پایداری درگروه‌آزمایش 3مشاهده شد.

Background & Objective: Hearing is one of the most important senses for learning, acquiring language skills and interacting with others. Deaf children make more mistakes in identifying emotions than their hearing peers and face challenges in cognitive emotion regulation skills. The current research was conducted with the aim of comparing the effectiveness of life skills training, physical training and combined training of life skills and physical training with cognitive regulation of emotion for deaf female students in Zahedan.
Research method: This research was an applied research in terms of its purpose. The statistical population included all deaf female students aged 15 to 18 in secondary school. A random sample of 52 people was selected according to the entry and exit criteria. They were randomly divided into four groups. In order to collect information, the cognitive regulation questionnaire of Garnevsky and Kraij 2006 was used. Interventional programs of experiment 1, life skills training, experimental group 2, bodybuilding exercises and experimental group 3, the combination of life skills training and bodybuilding exercises by a senior researcher. The control group did not receive any intervention. After completing the training for the groups, a post-test and a follow-up test were conducted after a period of four months. Findings: Data analysis was performed using the analysis of variance test with repeated measurements, and the LSD post-test was used to compare the groups. According to the results of the data, the interventions of independent variables were effective on the dependent variable of cognitive regulation of emotion.
