چکیده
زمینه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تدوین الگوی راهبردها و پیامدهای توسعه‌ی شایستگی‌های آموزشی معلمان دانشکده‌های تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی در عراق بود.

روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر شیوه‌ی جمع‌آوری اطلاعات توصیفی– تحلیلی و از نظر شیوه‌ی اجرا از نوع تحقیقات کیفی بود. در پژوهش حاضر، به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از 16 مقاله و مصاحبه با 9 نفر از نخبگان، و سپس از روش استراوس و کوربین به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده، استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: بر پایه‌ی یافته‌های حاصل از نتایج کیفی، برای راهبردها 72 مفهوم، 7 مقوله‌ی فرعی و 3 مقوله‌ی اصلی (توسعه‌ی دانش شخصی، توجه به آموزش و کلاس درس و رشد و توسعه‌ی دانشجویان) و برای پیامدها 24 مفهوم، 6 مقوله‌ی فرعی و 3 مقوله‌ی اصلی (توسعه‌ی تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی، بهبود کیفیت زندگی و پرورش صفات اخلاقی) و مجموعاً 374 مفهوم، 39 مقوله‌ی فرعی و 15 مقوله‌ی اصلی مربوط به توسعه‌ی شایستگی‌های آموزشی معلمان دانشکده‌های تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی در عراق شناسایی شدند.

نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین، می‌توان دریافت که معلمان دانشکده‌های تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی کشور عراق علاوه بر رشد، بهبود و توسعه‌ی شایستگی‌های آموزشی خود، باید رشد و توسعه‌ی دانشجویان را نیز مدنظر قرار داده و همواره تلاش نمایند تا با توسعه‌ی دانش شخصی خود، بهترین و تازه‌ترین مطالب آموزشی را در اختیار آنان قرار دهند.

چکیده English

Background and purpose: The aim of the current research was to develop a model of strategies and consequences of developing the educational competencies of teachers of physical education and sports sciences faculties in Iraq.

Methodology: This research was a qualitative research in terms of practical purpose, in terms of descriptive-analytical data collection method and in terms of execution method. In the current research, in order to collect data, 16 articles and interviews with 9 elites were used, and then Strauss and Corbin's method was used to analyze the obtained data.

Results: Based on the findings from the qualitative results, for strategies there are 72 concepts, 7 sub-categories and 3 main categories (development of personal knowledge, attention to education and classroom and students' growth and development) and for achievements there are 24 concepts, 6 sub-categories and 3 main categories. (development of physical education and sports sciences, improvement of quality of life and cultivation of moral traits) and a total of 374 concepts, 39 subcategories and 15 main categories related to the development of educational competencies of teachers of physical education and sports sciences faculties in Iraq were identified.

Conclusion: Therefore, it can be seen that the teachers of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in Iraq, in addition to the growth, improvement and development of their educational competencies, should also consider the growth and development of students and always try to develop their personal knowledge. to provide them with the best and latest educational materials.
