چکیده
زمینه و هدف: هدف پژوهش تدوین و اعتباریابی بسته‌ آموزشی کنترل اعتیاد به بازی‌های آنلاین در نوجوانان بود.

روش پژوهش: این مطالعه از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا، کیفی بود. رویکردهای آموزشی و درمانی 14 مشاور خبره در زمینه اعتیاد به بازی‌های آنلاین شهر اهواز در سال 1402 طبق اصل اشباع نظری گردآوری شد. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه با خبرگان بود؛ به‌طوری که پس از طراحی سازه اعتیاد به بازی‌های آنلاین، اهداف، تکنیک‌ها و تکالیف بسته آموزشی طراحی و برای ارزیابی روایی محتوایی نظر 12 هیات علمی و درمانگر دارای تحصیلات تکمیلی در زمینه اعتیاد به بازی‌های آنلاین بررسی شد. داده‌ها با روش‌های کدگذاری باز و محوری و ضرایب نسبت روایی محتوایی و شاخص روایی محتوایی تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که محتوای هر جلسه شامل سه بخش اهداف، تکنیک‌ها و تکالیف خانگی بود که شامل 10 جلسه 45 دقیقه‌ای است که 8 جلسه به‌صورت فردی و گروهی بر روی نوجوانان و 2 جلسه به‌صورت گروهی بر روی والدین اجرا می‌شود. علاوه بر آن، نسبت روایی محتوایی و شاخص روایی محتوایی برای سه گام ایجاد آمادگی برای تغییر رفتار، رفع زمینه‌ها از طریق خانواده و محتوای آموزشی برنامه عملی به‌ترتیب با 83 و 75 درصد حاکی از روایی محتوایی مناسب بودند.

نتیجه‌گیری: بسته‌ آموزشی کنترل اعتیاد به بازی‌های آنلاین در نوجوانان می‌تواند در کنار سایر بسته‌های آموزشی به‌عنوان روشی موثر مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده English

Background and purpose: The aim of research was compile and validate the educational package for controlling addiction to online games in teenagers.

Research method: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was qualitative. The educational and therapeutic approaches of 14 expert counselors in the field of addiction to online games of Ahvaz city in 2023 year were collected according to theoretical saturation principle. Research tool was interviews with experts; So after designing the structure of addiction to online games the goals, techniques and homework of educational package design, and to evaluate the content validity of the opinion of 12 academic staffs and therapists with post-graduate education in the field of addiction to online games were reviewed. Data were analyzed with open and axial coding and content validity ratio and content validity index coefficients methods.

Findings: The results showed that the content of each session included three sections of goals, techniques and homework, which consists of 10 sessions of 45 minute which 8 sessions conducted individually and in groups for teenagers and 2 sessions conducted in groups for parents. In addition, the content validity ratio and content validity index for the three steps of creating preparation for behavior change, fixing issues through the family and educational content of practical program indicated appropriate content validity with 83 and 75 percent, respectively.

Conclusions: The educational package for controlling addiction to online games in teenagers can be used as an effective method along with other educational packages.
