اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر بازسازی باورهای ارتباطی و عملکرد جنسی زنان

چکیده

زمینه و هدف:هدف از پژوهش اثربخشی درمان مبتنی برپذیرش وتعهد بر بازسازی باورهای ارتباطی وعملکرد جنسی زنان متاهل بود. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر نیمه تجربی و به‌صورت پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه‌ی زنان متاهل دارای مشکلات زناشویی مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره بود. نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند بود که 30 نفر از زنان به وسیله‌ی پرسشنامه های پژوهش انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل (15نفر) و آزمایش (15نفر) قرار گرفتند. درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد برگرفته پایان نامه‌ی بیگی (1395)در 8جلسه‌ی 90دقیقه ای به زنان ارائه گردید. ابزار اندازه گیری پرسش نامه باورهای ارتباطی اپستین و ایدلسون (1981)و عملکرد جنسی زنان روزن و همکاران (2000)بود. داده هابه وسیله‌ی نرم افزار SPSS23مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و در دو سطح توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف استاندارد) و استنباطی (لوین- شاپیرو ویلککوواریانس) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش وتعهد بر بازسازی باورهای ارتباطی وعملکرد جنسی زنان متاهل تاثیرمعناداری داشته است و درمان مبتنی برپذیرش وتعهد بر ابعاد بازسازی باورهای ارتباطی و عملکرد جنسی رابطه معناداری داشته است(01/.>P).نتیجه گیری:براساس نتایج به دست آمده به نظر می رسد درمان مبتنی برپذیرش و تعهد در زوجین و مشکلات جنسی زنان کاربرد خواهد داشت.

چکیده [English]

Background and Aim: The aim of the research was the effectiveness of therapy based on acceptance and commitment on the reconstruction of communication beliefs and sexual performance of married women.Methods: group. The statistical population included all married women with marital problems referring to counseling centers.Sampling was purposeful in that 30 women were selected by means of research questionnaires and were randomly divided into two control (15) and experimental (15) groups.Treatment based on acceptance and commitment was presented to women in 8 sessions of 90 minutes.The measurement tools were Epstein and Idelson's communication beliefs questionnaire (1981) and Rosen et al.'s (2000) women's sexual performance questionnaire. The data was analyzed by SPSS 23 software and analyzed at two descriptive (mean, standard deviation) and inferential (Levin-Shapiro Wilcovariance) levels .Results: The results showed that the therapy based on acceptance and commitment had a significant effect on the reconstruction of communication beliefs and sexual performance of married women, and the therapy based on acceptance and commitment had a significant relationship on the dimensions of reconstruction of communication beliefs and sexual performance (P<.01). Conclusion: According to the obtained results, it seems that treatment based on acceptance and commitment will be used in couples and women's sexual problems.
