چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مدل های تاب آوری موثر بر دانش آموزان دوره ابتدایی انجام شده است .دوران مدرسه مهمترین بخش زندگی هر فرد ، مخصوصا دانش آموزان است ، که با موانع و استرس هایی روبرو هستند .یکی از روش های مقابله با فشار روانی ، ایجاد تاب آوری است ، به طوری که برخورداری از تاب آوری در دانش آموزان به انتخاب رفتار سازگارانه در موقعیت حل مسئله است . تاب آوری به معنای توانایی مقابله با مشکلات و تنش‌ها در زندگی است. در حوزه آموزش و پرورش، تاب آوری دانش‌آموزان به عنوان یکی از شاخص‌های موفقیت تحصیلی و روان‌شناختی آنان مطرح شده است. برای ارتقای تاب آوری دانش‌آموزان، می‌توان از مدل‌ها و رویکردهای مختلفی استفاده کرد
در این پژوهش انواع مدل های تاب آوری را بررسی کرده تا موثرترین مدل تاب آوری که در دانش آموزان به تاب آوری درونی و توانمندی افزایش کیفیت تاب آوری منجر شود ، دست یابیم در کل، برای ارتقای تاب آوری دانش‌آموزان، بهتر است از یک رویکرد چندگانه و متنوع استفاده شود و این موضوع نیازمند همکاری میان مدرسین، مربیان، خانواده‌ها و متخصصین روان‌شناسی و سلامت روان است.

چکیده [English]

The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating effective resilience models on elementary school students. School is the most important part of every person's life, especially students, who face obstacles and stress. One of the ways to deal with mental pressure, It is creating resilience, so that having resilience in students is the choice of adaptive behavior in the situation of problem solving. Resilience means the ability to deal with problems and tensions in life. In the field of education, students' resilience has been proposed as one of the indicators of their academic and psychological success. Different models and approaches can be used to improve students' resilience

In this research, we examined the types of resilience models in order to find the most effective resilience model that leads to internal resilience in students and the ability to increase the quality of resilience. In general, to promote students' resilience, it is better to use a multiple and diverse approach, and this issue requires cooperation between teachers, educators, families, and psychology and mental health professionals.
