Background: One of the most important determinants of the improvement of mental health and psychological well-being of adolescents is their lifestyle, which can be effective in preventing social harm. Considering the role played by the students of every country play in its prosperity, it is an inevitable necessity to invest in their proper education. Aim: The purpose of the current research was to investigate the role of Islamic lifestyle with a skill-based approach in improving psychological well-being. Method: Applied Research was used in this research. The study population included the secondary school students of Tehran city. Tools: Data collection tools included interviews and questionnaires(Kaviani's Islamic lifestyle and Ryff Scales of Psychological Well-Being). Findings: The findings of this study highlight the necessity of using life skills training programs with Islamic approach to improve psychological well-being. Conclusion: The results of educational interventions could lead to better performance, therefore, it is suggested to be used as an effective strategy in all educational centers of Iran.
