جمع آوری و مهار زباله گردها بر حفاظت وکنترل بهداشت محیط در بیماری کرونا شهرکرج از دیدگاه پرسنل کلینیک سیدالشهدا

چکیده

یکی از پدیده های نوظهور که منشا بروز و گسترش بیماری ها در شرایط فعلی جامعه و شیوع بیماری کرونا به شمار می رود زباله گردی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی جمع آوری و مهار زباله گردها بر حفاظت وکنترل بهداشت محیط در بیماری کرونا شهرکرج از دیدگاه پرسنل کلینیک سیدالشهدا انجام شده است. این پژوهش به روش آمیخته و در دو بخش کیفی و کمّی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، جامعه نمونه شامل 10 نفر از صاحبنظران حوزه علوم اجتماعی بودند که با روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند و از طریق مصاحبه و استفاده از تکنیک دلفی تا رسیدن به حد اشباع نظری به سوالات پاسخ دادند. همچنین در مرحله کمّی 80 نفر از پرسنل کلینک سیدالشهدا کرج با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در این بخش از طریق بکارگیری آمار توصیفی و استنباطی نظیر آزمون t تک نمونه ای انجام شد. یافته های پژوهش در بخش کیفی نشان داد 18 عامل به عنوان ریشه های زباله گردی شناسایی شدند که فقر، مدیریت ضعیف پسماند ، بیکاری. از مهم ترین عوامل بودند. همچنین یافته های بخش کمی، در تایید یافته های کیفی نشان داد که هر یک از عوامل شناسایی شده در دسته های مختلف دارای اثر مثبت بوده است. بر اساس نتایج با شناسایی عوامل موثر، برنامه ریزی و اقدامات مدیریتی مناسب می توان ضمن سازماندهی زباله گردها از خطرات بهداشتی آن جلوگیری نمود.

One of the emerging phenomena that is the source of the emergence and spread of diseases in the current conditions of society and the spread of the Corona virus is littering. The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the collection and curbing of garbage pickers on the protection and control of environmental health in Shahr Karaj corona disease from the perspective of Seyed al-Shohada clinic personnel. . This research was conducted in two parts, qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative part, the sample population included 10 experts in the field of social sciences who were selected by the snowball method and answered the questions through interviews and using the Delphi technique until reaching theoretical saturation. Also, in the quantitative stage, 80 people from the staff of Syed Al-Shohada Karaj clinic were selected as a sample using available sampling method. Data analysis in this section was done by using descriptive and inferential statistics such as one-sample t-test. The research findings in the qualitative part showed that 18 factors were identified as the roots of littering, which are poverty, poor waste management, and unemployment. They were one of the most important factors. Also, the findings of the quantitative part, in confirmation of the qualitative findings, showed that each of the factors identified in different categories had a positive effect. Based on the results, by identifying the effective factors, planning and appropriate management measures, it is possible to prevent the health risks while organizing the garbage collectors.
