واکاوی نقش اضطراب امتحان بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان و روشهای مقابله با آن در پایه ششم ابتدایی (مطالعه موردی : دبستان پسرانه قدس 2 مشهد)

چکیده

این پژو هش به بررسی روشهای آموزشی مقابله با اضطراب امتحان و تاثیر اضطراب امتحان بر عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان پرداخته است .جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه دانش آموزان پایه ششم مدارس ناحیه 4 شهر مشهد مقدس می باشد. برای انتخاب گروه نمونه از میان مدارس ناحیه 4 مشهد، دبستان قدس 2 انتخاب شد. 50 دانش آموز به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب گردیدو پرسشنامه ها دراختیار والدین آنها قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل از آمار توصیفی و در آمار استنباطی از طریق آزمون t در گروههای مستقل و همبسته استفاده شد . نتایج نشان داد بین اضطراب و راههای کاهش اضطراب رابطه مثبتی وجود دارد .در فرضیه اول بین نمرات گروهی که اضطراب به آنها وارد شده است و گروهی که اضطراب وارد نشده در پیش آزمون ( هر دو گروه بدون عوامل اضطراب را) تفاوت معنی داری وجود ندارد که تائید شد در فرضیه دوم بین نمرات گروهی که اضطراب امتحان بر آنها وارد شده و گروهی که اضطراب امتحان وارد نشده تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد که تائید شد . در فرضیه سوم : گروهی که اضطراب امتحان بر آنها وارد شده در پیش آزمون در معرض عوامل اضطراب زا قرار نگرفته ولی در پس آزمون در معرض محرک های اضطراب زا قرار گرفته است در نتیجه تفاوت نمرات در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون معنی دار شد که تائید شد . در فرضیه چهارم نمرات گروهی که اضطراب بر آنها وارد نشده در مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون بدون تفاوت نشان داده شده است

چکیده [English]

This research has investigated the educational methods of dealing with exam anxiety and the effect of exam anxiety on students' academic performance. To select the sample group, Quds 2 primary school was selected from among the schools of the 4th district of Mashhad.50 students were selected by cluster sampling and the questionnaires were given to their parents. For analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used through t-test in independent and correlated groups. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between anxiety and the ways to reduce anxiety. In the first hypothesis, there is no significant difference between the scores of the group with anxiety and the group without anxiety in the pre-test (both groups without anxiety factors). which was confirmed. In the second hypothesis, there is a significant difference between the scores of the group that was affected by exam anxiety and the group that was not affected by exam anxiety, which was confirmed.In the third hypothesis: the group that was affected by test anxiety was not exposed to anxiety-causing factors in the pre-test, but was exposed to anxiety-causing stimuli in the post-test, as a result, the difference in scores in the pre-test and post-test was significant, which was confirmed. became . In the fourth hypothesis, the scores of the group who were not affected by anxiety in the pre-test and post-test stages are shown without difference
