مقایسه رضایت سنجی معلمان و دانش آموزان از آموزش مجازی در دوران کرونا

چکیده

شرایط خاص این روزها، شیوع ویروس کرونا، تعطیلی مدارس و تاکید بر استفاده از آموزش مجازی، ظرفیت‌های استفاده از فناوری و آموزش‌های الکترونیکی را متحول ساخته است. به واسطه این فرصت فوق‌العاده، همه‌جا کانون یادگیری شده رویکرد پژوهش محور در فرایند یادگیری محقق شده‌است. هر رویکرد علمی، به شرط آنکه درست طراحی و جاری شود می‌تواند نتایج اثربخشی داشته باشد. در این راستا لازم است تا نخست شرایط موجود از دیدگاه ذی‌نفعان نظام آموزشی مورد بررسی و مطالعه قرار گیرد. به همین منظور، پژوهش پیش‌رو، به بررسی رضایت دو گروه مورد مطالعه یعنی معلمان، دانش‌آموزان در آموزش مجازی شهرستان سراوان در شهر محمدی در مدت زمان تعطیلی آموزش حضوری پرداخته است. داده‌های تحقیق به دو شیوه کمی و از طریق ابزارهای پرسشنامه و مصاحبه جمع‌آوری شده است. تجارب هر گروه پیرامون فناوری‌های مورد استفاده، نگرش، میزان رضایت، مزایا و معایب، مشکلات و مسائل و همچنین پیشنهادات ایشان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد از بین فناوری‌های موجود، نرم‌افزارهای واتس‌اپ و سپس شاد و در ابزارها، تلفن همراه هوشمند بیشترین کاربرد و استفاده را در میان نمونه تحقیق داشته‌اند. میزان رضایت معلمان نسبتا خوب به جز در برنامه شاد، دانش-آموزان از آموزش مجازی نسبتا راضی بودند

چکیده [English]


Special circumstances these days the outbreak of the Corona virus, the closure of schools and the emphasis on the use of e-learning, have transformed the capacity to use technology and e-learning. Thanks to this tremendous opportunity, a learning-driven approach to the research-based learning process has been realized everywhere. Any scientific approach, if properly designed and implemented, can have effective results. In this regard, it is necessary to first study the existing conditions from the perspective of the stakeholders of the educational system. For this purpose, the leading research has examined the satisfaction of the two studied groups, namely teachers and students in the virtual education of Saravan city in Mohammadi city during the closure of face-to-face education. Research data were collected in two quantitative ways through questionnaires and interviews. The experiences of each group about the technologies used, attitude, level of satisfaction, advantages and disadvantages, problems and issues as well as their suggestions have been studied. The results of this study showed that among the available technologies, WhatsApp software and then happy and in tools, smart phones have the most application and use among the research sample. Relatively good teacher satisfaction except in the happy program, students were relatively satisfied with the virtual education
