یک کارآزمایی کنترل‌شده تصادفی در اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر شاخص‌های سلامت روان و تاب‌آوری زنان مطلقه با تجربه خیانت

چکیده

پذیرش، بخشش خود و دیگری بخشی از فرایند بهبود و بازتوانی روابطی که خیانت توسط یکی از طرفینرابطه تجربه شده. آموزش انعطاف ‌پذیری روانی، بخشش و پذیرش آنچه اتفاق افتاده بخشی از درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد می‌باشد. به رغم اهمیت تئوریک و بالینی شاخصهای سلامت روان و تاب‌آوری در پیش‌بینی گسست عاطفی و نهایتا خیانت، امااثربخشی این درمان بر دو شاخص مذکور تاکنون مورد توجه نبوده. کارآزمایی کنترل‌شده تصادفی در برهه زمانی مهر لغایت اسفند 1399، 30 زن مطلقه با تجربه خیانت به صورت هدفمند انتخاب پس از احراز ملاک‌های لازم وارد مطالعه شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان از طریق تصادفی‌سازی بلوکی در دو گروه تخصیص یافتند. درمان اکت در قالب پروتکل هیز در هشت جلسه یک ساعته به گروه آزمایش ارائه و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار قرار گرفت. شرکت‌کنندگان به پرسشنامه‌های سلامت روان و تاب‌آوری پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره با نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس 21 تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد این درمان بر هر دو شاخص سلامت روان و تاب‌آوری اثربخشی معنادارداشته (0/05>p). ، نتایج ثانویه گویای اثربخشی مداخله فوق بر خرده مقیاس-های سلامت روان (علایم جسمانی، اضطراب ، اختلال خواب، اختلال در عملکرد اجتماعی و افسردگی شدید) و تاب‌آوری (تصور شایستگی فردی، اعتماد به غرایز فردی و تحمل عاطفه منفی، پذیرش مثبت تغییر و روابط ایمن، کنترل و تاثیرات معنوی) (0/05>p). یافته‌های حاصل گویای نقش پذیرش به عنوان مولفه کلیدی در بخشش و گذار از روابط آسیب‌دیده به واسطه خیانت می‌باشد. این یافته‌ها می‌تواند در حیطه زوج درمانی با کاربست‌های بالینی همراه باشد.

A randomized controlled trial on the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment-based therapy on the indicators of mental health and resilience of divorced women experiencing infidelity

چکیده [English]

Accepting, forgiving oneself and the other part of the process healing and rehabilitating relationships in which betrayal has been experienced by one of the parties. Teaching psychological flexibility, forgiveness acceptance what happened is part of acceptance and commitment therapy. Despite the theoretical and clinical importance of mental health and resilience indices predicting emotional rupture and eventual infidelity, the effectiveness this treatment these two indicators has not been considered so far. Randomly controlled trial in the period from October to March 2017, 30 divorced women with experience of infidelity in a targeted manner after meeting the necessary criteria entered the study. Participants were assigned to two groups through block randomization. Act treatment was presented to the experimental group in the form of Hayes protocol for eight one-hour sessions and the control group was placed on a waiting list. Participants answered the Mental Health and Resilience Questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis covariance SPSS 21 software. Results showed that this treatment had significant efficacy indices of both mental health and resilience (p <0.05). Secondary results indicate the effectiveness the above intervention subscales mental health (physical symptoms, anxiety, sleep disorders, social dysfunction and severe depression) and resilience (perception individual competence, trust in individual instincts and tolerance negative emotions, acceptance). Positive change and safe relationships, control and spiritual effects) (p <0.05). findings indicate the role of acceptance as key component the forgiveness and transition of relationships damaged by infidelity. These findings may be associated with clinical applications in the field of couple therapy.
