پیش بینی بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان روانشناسی دانشگاه آزاد واحد کرج بر اساس انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی وتحمل پریشانی

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین نقش پیش بین انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی و تحمل پریشانی در بهزیستی روان‌شناختی دانشجویان روانشناسی دانشگاه آزاد کرج بود. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت جزء تحقیقات همبستگی بود . جامعه این پژوهش عبارت بود از کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کرج که در سال تحصیلی 99-1400 مشغول به تحصیل بودند که تعداد آنها 3448 نفر بود. روش نمونه‌گیری این پژوهش، نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه ای بود. شیوه برآورد حجم نمونه روش تاپاخانیک و فیدل بود. 200 نفر از دانشجویان روانشناسی دانشگاه آزاد کرج واحد کرج به‌صورت تصادفی طبقه ای به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه استاندارد به منظور جمع آوری داده ها استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده شده است. نتایج آزمون رگرسیون چندمتغیره نشان داد که انعطاف پذیری روان شناختی و تحمل پریشانی می‌توانند حدود 67 درصد از تغییرات بهزیستی روان شناختی را تبیین کنند. انعطاف‌پذیری روان شناختی حدود 66 درصد وتحمل پریشانی حدود 46 درصد از تغییرات بهزیستی روان شناختی را تبیین میکند. از پژوهش حاضر نتیجه گرفته شد که انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی و تحمل پریشانی دوتا از متغیرهایی هستند که بهزیستی روانشاختی را میتوان بر اساس آنها پیش بینی نمود.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to determine the predictive role of psychological flexibility and distress tolerance in the psychological well-being of psychology students of Karaj Azad University. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and correlational in nature. The population of this study was all students of the Islamic Azad University of Karaj who were studying in the academic year 1400-99, whose number was 3448. The sampling method of this study was stratified random sampling. The method of estimating the sample size was Tapakhanik and Fidel methods. 200 psychology students of Karaj Azad University, Karaj Branch were selected by stratified random sampling as the sample size. A standard questionnaire was used to collect data. Multivariate regression test was used to analyze the data. The results of multivariate regression test showed that psychological flexibility and stress tolerance can explain about 67% of the changes in psychological well-being. Psychological flexibility explains about 66% and distress tolerance about 46% of psychological well-being changes. It was concluded from the present study that psychological flexibility and distress tolerance are two variables on the basis of which psychological well-being can be predicte.
