چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of mindfulness on psychosocial adjustment to illness, family relationships and mental well-being of women with MS. In this study, a quasi-experimental design with pre-test-post-test and control group was used. The statistical population of this study included all women with MS referred to the Tehran MS Association who were invited to participate in this study. 30 women with an age range of 20 to 50 years were selected by random sampling and randomly divided into two groups of 15 experiments and witnesses. To measure the variables from the Psychosocial Adjustment Questionnaire, Family performance questionnaire was used to assess family relationships and mental well-being questionnaire. The experimental group underwent mindfulness intervention during 8 sessions, while the control group did not receive any treatment. Statistical analysis was performed through analysis of covariance. This intervention was effective on the three variables in the experimental group
