اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر احساس تنهایی و ناگویی هیجانی زوجین دارای تعارض

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر احساس تنهایی و ناگویی هیجانی زوجین بود. جامعة آماری شامل کلیه زوجین مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره منطقة 5 شهر تهران با علت تعارض در شش ماه دوم سال 1400 بود. در این پژوهش تعداد 30 زوج با تقسیم بندی 15 زوج برای هر کدام از (گروه های آزمایش و گروه کنترل) که این تعداد نفرات، بنابر رعایت ملاک های ورود، با این پژوهش همکاری کردند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامة احساس تنهایی راسل، پیلوا وکورتونا (1980)، ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو توسط تیلور (۱۹86)، تعارض زناشویی تجدیدنظر شده ثنایی (1395) (MCQ-R)و پروتکل طرحواره درمانی یانگ، کلاسکو و ویشار (2003) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده، به دو روش توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد. در این تحقیق از آمار توصیفی برای محاسبه میانگین و انحراف معیار متغیرهای تحقیق و نشان دادن فراوانی و نمودارهای مربوط به آن استفاده شد و از آمار استنباطی به منظور بررسی فرضیه های تحقیق استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های آمار استنباطی از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره و تک متغیره استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش طرحواره درمانی بر احساس تنهایی و ناگویی هیجانی زوجین دارای تعارض اثربخش است. با توجه به شدت اثر، آموزش طرحواره درمانی بر احساس تنهایی زوجین تاثیری بیشتری دارد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was the effectiveness of schema therapy on couples' feelings of loneliness and emotional malaise. The statistical population included all couples who referred to counseling centers in District 5 of Tehran due to conflict in the second six months of 1400. In this study, 30 couples with 15 pairs divided for each (experimental groups and control group) that this number of individuals, according to the inclusion criteria, cooperated with this study. Data collection tools included Russell, Pilva, and Cortona (1980) Loneliness Questionnaire; . The collected data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential methods. In this research, descriptive statistics were used to calculate the mean and standard deviation of research variables and show the frequency and related graphs, and inferential statistics were used to test the research hypotheses. Multivariate and univariate analysis of covariance was used to analyze inferential statistics data. The results showed that schema therapy training is effective on couples' feelings of loneliness and emotional malaise. Due to the severity of the effect, schema therapy training has a greater effect on the couple's feeling of loneliness.
