تاثیر ارتقاء وب‌سایت سه‌زبانه در افزایش میزان بیماران بین‌الملل و درآمد در بیمارستان چشم پزشکی بینا تهران

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تاثیر ارتقاء وب‌سایت سه‌زبانه در افزایش میزان بیماران بین‌الملل و درآمد در بیمارستان چشم پزشکی بینا تهران انجام شده است. هدف پژوهش، کاربردی و روش انجام آن توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه مدیران و پرسنل اداری بیمارستان چشم پزشکی بینا در سال 1399 تشکیل دادند که تعداد آنها 180 نفر است. حجم نمونه از طریق فرمول کوکران 123 نفر برآورد شد. روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده بود. ابزار گرداوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در مقیاس 5 درجه‌ای لیکرت و با ضریب پایایی 83/0 بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به کمک آزمون K-S و t تک گروهی صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد ارتقاء محتوا، رابط کاربری، طراحی تجربه کاری، سرعت بارگذاری، سلیس بودن متن‌های ترجمه شده، سیستم ارتباطی وب‌سایت سه‌زبانه، در افزایش میزان بیماران بین‌الملل و درآمد بیمارستان تاثیر دارد.

چکیده [English]

Abstract Abstract Abstract This study was conducted with the aim of determining the promotion of the website three times in increasing the international impact and revenue in the ophthalmology hospital between Tehran. The purpose of the research, its application and the method of doing it describe the type of budget survey. The statistical population completely controls the research and creates the administrative staff of Bina Ophthalmology Hospital in 2020, whose number is 180 people. The sample size was estimated using the Cochran's formula of 123 people. The sampling method was simple random visualization. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale with a reliability coefficient of 0.83. Experiments and data analysis were performed to aid in one-group K-S and t-tests. The results showed that there is an increase in content, user interface, work experience design, download speed, smooth translation of translated text, communication system of the trilingual website, in the international and hospital level.
