بررسی اثر بخشی آموزش شناختی رفتاری بر سلامت معنوی وتاب آوری زنان خانه دار بویین ومیاندشت

چکیده

چکیده:
در این پژوهش به بررسی اثربخشی آموزش شناختی رفتاری بر سلامت معنوی و تابآوری زنان خانهدار بویین و میاندشت پرداخته شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان مراجعه کننده به کانون فرهنگی تربیتی ولیعصر شهرستان بویین و میاندشت بود که از میان آنها، به روش نمونه گیری دردسترس در پیش‌تست، 30 نفر که دارای ملاک‌های ورود و خروج بودند، نمونه آماری را تشکیل دادند. این 30 نفر به طور تصادفی در ۲ گروه 15 نفره آزمایش و کنترل گزینش شد که گروه آزمایش، آموزش شناختی رفتاری گروهی را دریافت کردند وگروه دیگر گروه کنترل بود که در لیست انتظار قرار داشت. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادههااز تحلیل کوواریانس و برای تسریع در نتایج حاصله از نرم افزار SPSS22 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش شناختی رفتاری به طور معناداری باعث افزایش تاب‌آوری و سلامت معنوی زنان خانهدار میشود. به عبارت بهتر زنان خانهدار با شرکت در جلسات آموزش شناختی رفتاری توانستند تابآوری و سلامت معنوی خود را افزایش دهند.لذا آموزش شناختی رفتاری می تواند روشی موثر جهت کاهش مشکلات روان شناختی زنان باشد.

چکیده [English]

bstract:
In this study, the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral education on spiritual health and resilience of housewives in Buin and Miandasht was investigated. The statistical population of this study included all women referring to Vali Asr Educational and Cultural Center of Buin and Miandasht city. Among them, 30 people with entry and exit criteria were compiled using the available and purposeful sampling method and based on the scores of Connor and Davison (2003) and spiritual health (SWB) resilience questionnaires. The 30 were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups of 15 subjects. The experimental group received group reality therapy and the control group was on the waiting list. Covariance analysis was also used to analyze the data and SPSS22 software was used to accelerate the results. The results showed that cognitive-behavioral training significantly increased the resilience and spiritual health of housewives. In other words, housewives were able to increase their resilience and spiritual health by attending cognitive-behavioral training sessions.
