ارتباط تیپ های شخصیتی و هوش هیجانی با سلامت روانی دانشجویان

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه ویژگی های شخصیتی (برون گرایی، وظیفه گرایی) و هوش هیجانی با سلامت روانی در دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد بود.
روش: بدین منظور 360 دانشجو داوطلب واجد شرایط، وارد پژوهش شدند و به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و اطلاعات آنها با اجرای پرسشنامه دموگرافیک، ویژگی های شخصیت مایرز- بریگز، هوش هیجان بار آن (1980) و سلامت روان گلدنبرگ (1979) جمع آوری شد. و تجزیه و تحلیل داده با نرم افزار spss نسخه 24 و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون همزمان با سطح معناداری 05/0 انجام شد.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که بین ابعاد برون گرایی و وظیفه گرایی شخصیت و هوش هیجانی با سلامت روانی همبستگی منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. و همچنین برون گرایی 29%، وظیفه شناسی 31/0% و هوش هیجانی 47% واریانس مربوط به سلامت روان را در سطح معناداری تبیین می کنند.
نتیجه گیری: متغیر برون گرایی و وظیفه شناسی و هوش هیجانی قادر به پیش بینی سلامت روانی هستند.

Objective: The present study was to investigate the relationship between personality traits (extraversion, conscientiousness) and emotional intelligence with mental health in Azad University students.
Method: For this purpose, 360 eligible students entered the study and were selected by convenience sampling and their information was administered by conducting a demographic questionnaire, Myers-Briggs personality traits, its emotional intelligence (1980) and Goldenberg (1979). ) it was gathered. Data analysis was performed with SPSS software version 24 and Pearson correlation coefficient and regression simultaneously with a significance level of 0.05.
Results: The results showed that there is a negative and significant correlation between the dimensions of extraversion and conscientiousness of personality and emotional intelligence with mental health. Also, extroversion of 29%, conscientiousness of 0.31% and emotional intelligence of 47% explain the variance related to mental health at a significant level.
Conclusion: The variables of extraversion and conscientiousness and emotional intelligence are able to predict mental health.
