بررسی رابطه مسئولیت پذیری با فرسودگی تحصیلی در دانش آموزان مدارس دولتی دختر مقطع متوسطه شهرستان تربت حیدریه

چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش تعیین رابطه ی مسئولیت پذیری با فرسودگی تحصیلی در دانش آموزان دوره ی دوم مقطع متوسطه شهرستان تربت حیدریه است. برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش از روش تحقیق همبستگی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره ی دوم مقطع متوسطه در مدارس دولتی شهرستان تربت حیدریه در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 بود که حدود 550 نفر بودند. از میان جامعه آماری، با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای و براساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان نمونه‌ای به حجم 226 نفر انتخاب شدند، نمونه مورد نظر به دو پرسشنامه پرسشنامه مسئولیت پذیری کالیفرنیا (سینها و سینگ، 1993) و پرسشنامه فرسودگی تحصیلی مسلش (2002) پاسخ داده و سرانجام به تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات پرداخته شد. به منظور توصیف داده‌های این پژوهش از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی (مانند میانگین و واریانس) و نیز از شاخص‌های آمار استنباطی روش رگرسیون چندگانه با مدل گام به گام و آنالیز واریانس استفاده شد. داده‌ها به کمک نرم‌افزار spss-21 تحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین مسئولیت پذیری با فرسودگی تحصیلی در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد رابطه معنی داری وجود ندارد. مسئولیت پذیری دانش آموزان به لحاظ پایه تحصیلی تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. همچنین یافته ها بیانگر این است که بین فرسودگی تحصیلی دانش آموزان به لحاظ پایه تحصیلی تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر می توان نتیجه گرفت که فرسودگی تحصیلی بسیار گسترده است و صرفا منوط به مسئولیت پذیری نمی شود.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between responsibility and academic burnout in second grade high school students in Torbat-e Heydarieh. Solidarity research method was used to achieve research goals. The statistical population of the study included all female students in the second year of high school in public schools in Torbat-e Heydarieh in the academic year of 2009-2010, which was about 550 people. Among the statistical population, 226 people were selected using random sampling of multi-stage clusters based on Karajsi and Morgan table. (2002) and finally analyzed the information. In order to describe the data of this study, descriptive statistical indicators (such as mean and variance) were used as well as inferential statistical statistics of multiple regression method with step-by-step model and analysis of variance. Data were analyzed using SPSS-21 software. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between responsibility and academic burnout at the 95% confidence level.. There is no significant difference between students' responsibility in terms of academic level. The findings also show that there is no significant difference between students' academic burnout in terms of academic level. Based on the results of the present study, it can be concluded that academic burnout is very widespread and does not depend solely on responsibility
