بررسی نقش جهت گیری هدف بر خودکارآمدی خلاق دانش آموزان پایه ششم ابتدایی

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش جهت گیریهدف بر خودکارآمدی خلاق دانشآموزان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان اسلام آباد بود. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ شیوه اجرا توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه دانشآموزان دختر کلاس ششم ابتدایی شهرستان اسلام آباد در سال تحصیلی 99-98 بود؛ که با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای تعداد100نفر از آنان انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده پژوهش پرسشنامه های خودکارآمدی خلاق، جهت گیری هدف بود. جهت تحلیل دادهها از روش آماری رگرسیون استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین خودکارآمدی خلاق و جهت گیری هدف رابطه وجود دارد و از مؤلفه های جهت گیری هدف، مؤلفه هدف عملکردگریز، خودکارآمدی خلاق را پیش بینی میکند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of goal orientation on the creative self-efficacy of elementary school students in Islamabad. This research is an applied and descriptive correlational one in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this study was all female students of sixth grade elementary school in Islamabad in the school year of 99-98. They were selected by cluster sampling method. The tools used in the research were creative self-efficacy questionnaires, goal orientation. Regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a relationship between creative self-efficacy and goal orientation and of the goal orientation components, the goal-oriented component of performance predicts creative self-efficacy.
