بررسی رابطه‌ی بین تعلق‌خاطر کاری با رفتار نوآورانه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان نورآباد لرستان در سال تحصیلی 98-97

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه‌ی بین تعلق‌خاطر کاری با رفتار نوآورانه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان نورآباد لرستان در سال تحصیلی 98-97 می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان در سال 98-97 که تعداد آن‌ها 596 نفر است تشکیل می‌دهند، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌بندی تصادفی ساده تعداد 234 نفر انتخاب شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه رفتار نوآورانه کانتر (1988) و تعلق‌خاطر کاری شافلی (۲۰۰۳) استفاده شد. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های تحقیق از آزمون‌های مقایسه میانگین، تحلیل واریانس و رگرسیون در نرم‌افزارهای SPSS 22 استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین متغیرهای تعلق‌خاطر کاری با رفتار نوآورانه رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. تحلیل نتایج نشان داد که میزان تأثیر این متغیر بر رفتار نوآورانه در بین زنان و مردان و گروه‌های مختلف سطح تحصیلات تا حد زیادی یکسان است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between work engagement and innovative behavior of primary school teachers in Nurabad city of Lorestan in the school year of 2018-2019. The statistical population of the study consisted of all elementary school teachers in the city of 2018-2019 (596 students). Using simple random stratified sampling method, 234 students were selected. To collect data, the Canter Innovative Behavior Questionnaire (1988) and the Schaffley work engagement Questionnaire (2003) were used. The data were analyzed by means of SPSS 22 software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the variables of work engagement and innovative behavior. The analysis of the results showed that the effect of this variable on the innovative behavior among men and women of different educational levels is largely the same.
