The Effect of Spiritual Intelligence and Moral Education on the Performance of Principals of Elementary Schools in the City Delfan, Lorestan Province

Abstract
Background and Aim: Today, the role and importance of spiritual intelligence and moral education in the lives of individuals and societies has been achieved more than before. Accordingly, the present study was conducted with the aim of explaining the effect of spiritual intelligence and moral education on the performance of female principals of elementary schools.

Methods: The current research was applied in terms of purpose, and based on the method, it was descriptive of the correlation type. The statistical population of this research is all female principals of elementary schools in Delfan city, Lorestan province, whose number was reported to be 48. Due to the small size of the research population, the entire population was selected as a sample using the census method. Data collection tools were the spiritual intelligence questionnaire of Hamid and Sidiqiu (2021), the moral education questionnaire of Askarian Begdeli et al. (2017) and the performance questionnaire of Moslehi managers. 2013) was in the present study, the face validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the supervisor and consultant and a number of experts, and due to the standard nature of the questionnaires, its content validity was trusted. In order to check the reliability of the tool, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used and the reliability of the questionnaires was calculated and confirmed as 0.895, 0.842 and 0.811 respectively. In the inferential method, the structural equation model method was used to investigate the causal relationships between the research variables, and the structural equation model and regression analysis were used.

Results: Based on the results, it was found that spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of managers (β=0.78, p=0.0001), and moral education has a positive and significant effect on the performance of managers (β=0.81, p=0.0001). ) is Based on the regression results, it was found that spiritual intelligence has 27% ability to predict managers' performance and moral education has 79% ability to predict managers' performance.

Conclusion: Spiritual intelligence and moral education have an effect on the performance of female principals of primary schools.
