The participants in the research included academic experts in the field of educational sciences and education experts who were interviewed in the form of purposeful sampling and using the snowball method. The research tool was semi-structured interviews. To increase the validity (reliability) of the formal method and reliability, the agreement coefficient method between the coders was used. Thematic analysis and coding methods were also used to analyze the data.
Findings: The findings showed that 26 open codes, 4 central codes including individual factors with 10 sub-themes; an environment with 7 sub-themes; Organization with 5 sub-themes and institutional factors with 8 sub-themes were identified as dimensions of students' creativity with emphasis on the reverse learning approach.
