Abstract
The aim of the current research is to analyze the historical issue of marriage and child education from the perspective of Islamic jurists, emphasizing the concept of compliance. one of the effective factors in the passivity of women in the family and community environment is the obedience of a woman in front of Shuverer Etukveh in Avnen Tavaf.
