Analysis of the effectiveness of education and ethics of ethical organizational culture on supporting employees with the role of mediating transparent communication (case study of Alborz province education)

Abstract
Dealing with the work conscience of employees can be one of the important issues for which organizations, especially education and training, should think of suitable mechanisms for development. The current research has been conducted on the impact of ethical organizational culture on supporting employees with the mediation role of transparent communication in education in Alborz province. This research is of applied and survey type and the method of collecting information is field. The statistical population of this research includes 248 managers, assistants and education experts of Alborz province in different categories, and Cochran's formula was used to calculate the statistical sample size due to the limited statistical population and 196 people were selected as a sample. The tool for collecting information is a questionnaire. In this research, indicators were first identified and hypotheses were developed based on these indicators, and finally, using statistical techniques and Smart Pls software, all the hypotheses were proved. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between ethical organizational culture on supporting employees with the mediating role of clear communication; According to the obtained standard coefficient and significance coefficient, it shows that the higher the value of the relationship between the mechanisms of the variables expressed in the organization is higher than 0.4 for the standard coefficient and higher than 1.96 for the significance coefficient, the better the quality of development in Alborz province education.
