Abstract
Talent management is the strategic management of talent flow in the organization. Its purpose is to ensure the optimal supply of talents in order to match the right people with the right jobs at the right time based on the strategic goals of the organization. If we want to describe today's business world in one sentence, we must say that today's world is the world of temporary jobs. In the world of temporary jobs, people who work in project jobs, to ensure the success of their career path, they must always keep their abilities, skills and capabilities updated by using future-oriented talent management and future-oriented career path behaviors. The purpose of this research is to examine the role of Management has been in behavioral training and efficiency development of future managers. In terms of its purpose, this research is an applied research and placed in the category of causal research. In order to investigate the proposed hypotheses and statistical analysis, the field method and the questionnaire tool were used to collect data. The statistical population of this research included managers, assistants and experts of Tehran Industry and Mining Department, and proportional sampling method was used for sampling, and finally 55 questionnaires were completed. According to the data analysis, the results indicated that managers' job experience, managers' job expertise, and managers' social capital have a positive effect on the career development of future managers.
