One of the most important cultural developments after the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran is the effort to internalize the values of the Islamic Revolution in the educational and research structures in the country. In the meantime, although many academic disciplines have undergone some structural changes, tourism management has received more serious attention due to the importance of its position in building a native and Islamic civilization. The achievement of this scientific strategy in the country is only possible through the operationalization of its goals in the field of tourism management; But on the other hand, according to the developments of education and research in the era of digital progress and knowledge explosion, some traditional methods and attitudes in tourism management need new changes in line with the production of knowledge in the current globalized era rather than Iranian Islamic civilization. be the output of the education system in Iran. In the main results section, the educational disadvantages of tourism management, which are 1- existing problems in the academic fields of tourism management, 2- examining the operational disadvantages of tourism management sciences, 3- existing damages in the teaching resources of tourism management, 4- existing damages in the management of courses and chapters I see . Therefore, it seems that the pathology of the tourism management situation in Iran is a necessary and inevitable introduction in order to achieve Iranian Islamic civilization.
