Abstract
The most important problem that has paralyzed education and the education system from the point of view of the document of fundamental change is individualism and neglect of collective and group education in students. In many scientific foundations and statements of the Supreme Leader, the emphasis has been on the realization of the individual and the emergence of individual talents. From individuality and the emergence of individuality to de-individualization, all education with a virtual network and unknown and isolated interactions has been the result of this course. In the case of the realization of collective struggles and the emergence of individuality in society, its challenges have been studied.
