Investigating the Relationship between Work Relationship and Innovative Behavior of Primary School Teachers in Nurabad Lorestan City in 97-98

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between work engagement and innovative behavior of primary school teachers in Nurabad city of Lorestan in the school year of 2018-2019. The statistical population of the study consisted of all elementary school teachers in the city of 2018-2019 (596 students). Using simple random stratified sampling method, 234 students were selected. To collect data, the Canter Innovative Behavior Questionnaire (1988) and the Schaffley work engagement Questionnaire (2003) were used. The data were analyzed by means of SPSS 22 software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the variables of work engagement and innovative behavior. The analysis of the results showed that the effect of this variable on the innovative behavior among men and women of different educational levels is largely the same.
